in the yoga space
As part of the 2020/21 Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training/Advanced Study, we are incorporating a 10-hour module on becoming actively Anti-Racist yoga teachers.
We are inviting all graduates of Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training programs to join us for this virtual module.
How to hold space and presence as a yogi in the midst of the uncomfortable conversations regarding Racism.
This course is designed to provide a deep look into the systems of Racism and to deepen our experience of dismantling its effects within ourselves and our yogic community. We will explore:
how systems of racism exist and persist
experience how power and privilege work towards deeper union or separation
embody practically how to build a conscious community.
This course requires a high level of commitment
to doing your own internal work and finding practical actions to take.
Together we will build a deeper insight in supporting a welcoming and truly inclusive yogic community.
