We are currently offering a special early morning sadhana beginning January 3rd, 2021. After gathering as a community, it was decided to practice the Kriya for Elevation followed by 31 minutes of Mul Mantra in place of the traditional Aquarian Sadhana (the practice will still begin with the reciting of Japji Shaib). This sadhana runs 40 consecutive days and we will come together each Sunday morning throughout the 40 days to practice in community.
Doing sadhana in a group develops group consciousness. A group sadhana practice amplifies the impact of the meditation. Group meditation not only adds to individual effort, but multiplies it.
