Community sadhana



We are currently offering a Sunday morning community sadhana. The kriya and meditation offered changes 4 times a year; on the Summer Solstice, Fall Equinox, Winter Solstice, and Spring Equinox. 

Our current Kriya is Disease Resistance followed by 31 minutes of Siri Gaitri Mantra (Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung). We begin with Japji at 6am, and you are welcome to join at 6:20am if Japji is not apart of your practice.  

Doing sadhana in a group develops group consciousness. A group sadhana practice amplifies the impact of the meditation. Group meditation not only adds to individual effort, but multiplies it.
