Sada Sat Khalsa
Sada Sat Kaur’s lifelong love of music and singing crossed paths with
Kundalini Yoga in 1970 when she began practicing Kundalini Yoga and
Naad Yoga (the Yoga of Sound). She continues to lead workshops and
train teachers world wide, both online and in person, bringing the
power and transformational energy of chanting, meditation, yoga, and
Women’s Teachings to people everywhere.
Sada Sat Kaur’s ashram home, the Yoga Borgo, in beautiful Umbria, Italy,
is the realization of the dream of Sada Sat Kaur and Sada Sat Singh, her
beloved husband, to create a welcoming, sacred, heart-centered place
for seekers and practitioners on the spiritual path.

Nirmal Lumpkin
Level 1 Lead Trainer, Level 2 Professional. Nirmal is an engaging and practical teacher and trainer specializing in Physical and Yogic Anatomy and Postures. She brings a modern lens to this tradition, often exploring concepts of anti-racism, decolonization and the connection of personal growth with social responsibility in her classes. Nirmal is the author of Enlightened Bodies: Exploring Physical and Subtle Human Anatomy (2015). This work explores the human body through many lenses; from physical/gross anatomy to a subtle understanding of chakras and meridians. Nirmal is also a resident medical doctor training at the St. Johns Family Medicine program.


Dr. Vibhuti Arya
Vibhuti Arya, PharmD, MPH, FAPhA, is an internationally recognized speaker, Professor, and Public Health Pharmacist with numerous publications in nationally and internationally peer-reviewed journals. She has authored and edited books and chapters in public health practice, and Dr. Arya has delivered hundreds of presentations across the world, ranging from education, non-profits, and professional organizations. Dr. Arya has also been recognized via multiple awards for curricular innovation, education and research, and mentorship, and she has a proven track record for leadership, having served across various leadership roles for national and international organizations. As a racial justice educator, Dr. Arya engages people to examine programs and policies through the lens of equity, applying social justice principles and frameworks to reduce inequities in care. An activist at heart, she uses her experiences in health, theatre, and as a yoga teacher to deepen conversations around racial justice. Dr. Arya recently gave a TEDx talk on structural racism, and led a team to win the MIT Hacking Racism Challenge. Most recently, Dr. Arya led a group of esteemed scholars to publish a piece on structural racism jointly across three major pharmacy journals and made history through this unprecedented achievement. Currently, she is working to transform individuals and systems to adopt a deeper lens of equity in their work; she has two kids who rap Hamilton and frequently defeat her in game after game of Uno.
Vibhuti Arya completed her Pharmaceutical Care Leadership Residency at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and her MPH from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
All that is necessary to awaken to yourself as the radiant emptiness of spirit is to stop seeking something more or better or different, and to turn your attention inward to the awake silence that you are.
